Hi there! I’m a wife, mom of three amazing adults, and a lifelong lover of journaling. Ever since my early teens, I’ve found solace in putting pen to paper, capturing thoughts, dreams, and life’s lessons. I was born and raised in Alabama, where my heart will always be.

I am currently a resident of Atlanta, GA and I love the vibrant energy of this city, but my heart often craves the peaceful hum of nature, the pages of a good book, and the thrill of new travel adventures. From cozy mountain trails to sun-kissed beaches, I’m always seeking new experiences and inspiration to grow.

One of my greatest joys is learning—whether it’s discovering a new skill, delving into a thought-provoking book, or finding fresh perspectives on life. I believe in making learning fun, meaningful, and transformational.

In addition to my personal passions, I’m the Executive Director and Founder of The Circle Academy, Inc. (www.thecircleinc.org). Through this organization, I’m dedicated to empowering women and young girls by creating a safe space for growth, connection, and holistic development. Helping my community, especially those who are underserved, fuels my purpose and brings me immense joy.
